The major reason for the replacement of injectors is that deposits build up inside them and reduce
their performance. A layer of just 5 microns on the internal surfaces can restrict fuel flow
by up to 25%. (Even a 10% restriction in flow rate could cause a noticeable deterioration
in vehicle driveability).

We test, using three-phase test procedures, checking for leaks, spray pattern and flow rates, under pressure, pulsing through computer simulated engine conditions, from 600 to 5000 RPM, and document results.
We disassemble injectors and clean using strong alkaline aqueous detergents and the most powerful adjustable frequency Ultra-Sonics in the industry!
We re-test for leaks, spary pattern and flow rates, comparing results to previous tests, and document improvements.
We test for integrity, stress under electrical load, and check for possible faults in coil windings.
We reassemble, installing new parts, O-rings, filter basket and printle caps. We then run
the final three-phase test procedure, checking static and dynamic flow rates on
injectors. Finish documentation and return data with completely finished injectors
to YOU!
